A la muerte de un Oficial o Suboficial de las Fuerzas Militares en servicio activo, sus beneficiarios en el orden y proporción establecidos en el presente Estatuto, continuarán recibiendo durante tres (3) meses, de la Entidad que le venía pagando, los haberes de actividad.
