Decreto 4165 de 1948 · Por el cual se dictan unas disposiciones sobre turismo y control de extranjeros

Artículo segundo. El extranjero que con el carácter de turista y amparo por el presente Decreto, desee entrar al territorio nacional, debe presentar a los funcionarios autorizados para expedir visas de turismo los siguiente documentos

Pasaporte válido expedido por autoridad competente de su país.

Certificado de buena salud expedido por médico reconocido por la autoridad consular, en el cual conste que el extranjero no sufre de enfermedad contagiosa.

Documentos que acredite, a juicio del Cónsul, que puede regresar al país de su procedencia, y en su defecto que tiene visa para continuar su viaje a otro país.
