CAPITULO 127

Edificios Nacionales - Construcción.

C1gI (c). Al artículo 2724-A. Para pagar a la Beneficencia de Cundinamarca, mediante la entrega de los cinco pagarés con interés del 4% anual por $ 800.000.00 cada uno, emitidos por el Banco Popular a favor del Tesoro Nacional, conforme al Decreto legislativo número 3619 de 1954 y al contrato de 23 de mayo de 1955, el valor de un lote de terreno con destino a la construcción del Palacio Presidencial, los edificios para los Ministerios y otras dependencias oficiales, lote ubicado en Bogotá, y que forman parte de la antigua hacienda de "El Salitre", según el Decreto legislativo número 3571 de 1954, y el contrato de promesa de venta suscrito en 22 de febrero de 1955
