No se pagará la asignación mensual al beneficiado que no pruebe la supervivencia del modo siguiente: Si reside en Bogotá, presentándose en uno de los tres primeros días del mes ante el Secretario de la Junta, quien tomará nota de la presentación en un libro destinado a esto; y si reside fuera de Bogotá, con un certificado en papel sellado expedido por el Alcalde del Distrito de su domicilio, en que conste que vive.
