Art. 53. Las secciones de Caquetá, Huila y Darién, antiguos Territorios del extinguido Estado del Cauca, corresponderán a los Distritos Judiciales de Pasto, Popayán y Buga, respectivamente.

El Gobierno, de acuerdo con el Gobernador del Departamento del Cauca, determinara la incorporación de dichas Secciones municipales en los circuitos judiciales que juzgue convenientemente.
