°. Cotización al Sistema General de Pensiones. A partir del 1° de enero del año 2008, la tasa de cotización al Sistema General de Pensiones será del 16% del ingreso base de cotización. El valor total de la tasa de cotización de los docentes afiliados al Fondo Nacional de Prestaciones Sociales del Magisterio será de 28.5% del ingreso base de cotización.
