Transacción con jugador profesional sin contrato Se presenta cuando un club suscribe un contrato con un jugador que no se encuentra inscrito por ningún equipo a ningún torneo o campeonato, sea porque su anterior contrato venció, o se terminó unilateralmente o por mutuo acuerdo o porque se trata del primer contrato como profesional de un jugador que hasta ese momento fue aficionado.
