Las reservas quedar el contralor General de la república en el balance del Tesoro sobre apropiaciones de la vigencia fiscal de 1951, solicitadas por el Ministro de Hacienda en uso de la Facultad que le confiere el inciso 6° del artículo 96 del Decreto Legislativo número 00164 de 1950, servirán para amparar contratos, pedidos y cualquier caso imputable a la respectiva protección, en la medida que el gobierno solicite o gire durante el año de 1952.
