º. Cuando en desarrollo de lo previsto en los artículos anteriores, los organismos públicos del orden nacional a que se refiere el Decreto 1013 de 1995 constituyan certificados de depósito a término, éstos deberán ser calificados por una sociedad calificadora de valores, desde el momento en que entre en funcionamiento más de una sociedad calificadora de valores.
