Adiciónese Un Parágrafo Al Artículo 2

Decreto 176 de 2017 · por el cual se modifica el Decreto 1068 de 2015, Único Reglamentario del Sector Hacienda y Crédito Público en lo relativo a las modalidades de los juegos de lotería tradicional o de billetes, apuestas permanentes o chance y rifas.

Parágrafo

al artículo 2.7.3.3. del título 3 de la parte 7 del libro 2 de Decreto 1068 de 2015, el cual quedará así: “

Parágrafo

Cuando concurran en una Entidad Territorial las funciones de Sociedad de Capital Público Departamental (SCPD) y la administración de Loterías, o no exista SCPD o Entidad encargada de sus funciones, la autorización para que operen rifas de jurisdicción departamental se otorgará directamente por el Gobernador en aplicación de la competencia descrita en el numeral 2 del artículo 305 de la Constitución Política”.
