Estudio de la solicitud. Una vez recibida la solicitud de Licencia Sanitaria de Funcionamiento, la dependencia respectiva procederá a estudiar la documentación y si llegare a requerir información complementaria, la solicitará por medio de auto que deberá ser notificado por estado.
