La UPME, dentro del término de diez (10) días calendario contados a partir de la expedición de este decreto, señalará el volumen máximo a distribuir en los municipios y corregimientos ubicados en Zonas de Frontera descritas en el artículo 1º de este decreto. Así mismo, dentro del mismo plazo, distribuirá el volumen correspondiente a los grandes consumidores y las estaciones de servicio de cada municipio y corregimiento de las Zonas de Frontera.
