Para la comprobación de todo grado Militar en la jerarquía de Oficial el Ministro de Guerra expedirá al respectivo despacho en el cual se expresa la antigüedad que corresponde al interesado que será la de la fecha de expedición del decreto respectivo. El Gobierno reglamentara las características del despacho a que se ha hecho referencia.
