Distribución de fondos de inversión colectiva. La actividad de distribución de fondos de inversión colectiva comprende la promoción de fondos de inversión colectiva con miras a la vinculación de inversionistas a dichos fondos, y solo podrá ser desarrollada por las sociedades administradoras de fondos de inversión colectiva y los distribuidores especializados de que trata el artículo 3.1.4.2.1 del presente decreto.
