La Misión estará integrada por el doctor Enrique Luque Carulla, como Coordinador General y como consultores los doctores Gabriel Cadena Gómez, Manuel José Carvajal De Roux, Carlos Felipe Londoño Alvarez, Alvaro Reyes Posada, Víctor Manuel Gómez Campo y Jaime Ramírez Guerrero. En cumplimiento de sus objetivos la Misión recomendará al Ministerio de Educación Nacional o al Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje, SENA, solicitar a las instituciones oficiales y privadas la realización de estudios especiales y la designación en comisión de funcionarios de planta para que contribuyan en sus trabajos.
