Elévase a la cantidad de un millón de pesos ($1.000.000.00) la indemnización que por concepto de renta, le fue reconocida al Departamento de Boyacá de acuerdo con la Ley 2ª de 1907, a efecto de que dicho Departamento reciba por tal concepto la suma de quinientos mil pesos ($500.000.00) y destine el resto, o sean quinientos mil pesos ($500.000.00), como contribución del Departamento de Boyacá al patrimonio de la Universidad Pedagógica de Colombia.
