El Gobierno, previo acuerdo con la autoridad eclesiástica respectiva, procederá á dictar las medidas necesarias para repatriar, á expensas de la Nación, los restos mortales del Ilustrísimo y Reverendísimo Arzobispo de Santafé de Bogotá, doctor Manuel José Mosquera, para que sean depositados en el lugar que se acuerde con la misma autoridad eclesiástica.
