Auxiliase al Hospital de Caridad de Barranquilla con la suma de ciento cincuenta mil pesos ($ 150,000.00), que se dedicarán a su ampliación y a su modernización. Dicha suma se incluirá en el Presupuesto de gastos de la próxima vigencia y se entregará a la Junta Administradora de dicho Hospital. El Tesorero de esta Junta estará obligado a rendir sus cuentas a la Contraloría General de la República.
