Art. 2° Si el interesado o consignatario prefiriere que sus mercancias sean definitivamente examinadas en la misma Aduana, esta lo verificará arreglándose a lo que para el caso disponen las leyes de 4 de junio último, la de 14 de junio de 1847 "orgánica del comercio de importacion" i el decreto de 22 de junio del mismo año. Al dueño del cargamento se le espedirá que haga constar que su cargamento ha sido examinado definitivamente en la Aduana.
