Art. 7. ° Se deroga la órden circular espedida por la Secretaría de Gobierno en 29 de mayo de 1845, sobre admisión de presos enfermos en el hospital militar, publicada en la Gaceta Número 743. – En consecuencia no se admitirán en lo sucesivo en los hospitales militares, presos del fuero civil en clase de enfermos ni por algún otro motivo.
