º. Adiciónase el siguiente numeral al artículo 110 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero:
Inversión en bolsas de valores. Las entidades vigiladas por la Superintendencia Bancaria podrán adquirir y poseer acciones y bonos obligatoriamente convertibles en acciones emitidos por las bolsas de valores.
