Terminada la visita de que trata el artículo anterior, se levantará el acta correspondiente, en la que hará constar los resultados de las pruebas y ensayos Si existiese alguna falla. el ingeniero visitador fijará en el acto el plazo prudencial para subsanarla. Si no fuera posible obtener la firma del representante de la empresa, se entenderá suscrita mediante notificación fijada durante tres días en el despacho de la Alcaldía correspondiente.
