La Dirección General mediante acto administrativo creará y organizará grupos o unidades internas de trabajo, teniendo en cuenta la estructura orgánica, las necesidades del servicio y los planes y programas trazados por la Entidad, los cuales estarán bajo la dirección, coordinación y supervisión del servidor que éste designe.
