ARTICULO 153. Abuso de autoridad por omisión de denuncia. El empleado oficial que teniendo conocimiento de la comisión de un delito cuya averiguación deba adelantarse de oficio, no de cuenta a la autoridad, incurrirá en pérdida del empleo.
