Los órganos presentarán su solicitud de PAC a la Dirección General de Crédito Público y Tesoro Nacional antes del 20 de diciembre, diferenciando los pagos que correspondan a recursos del crédito externo y donaciones del exterior, cuando en éstos se haya estipulado mecanismos especiales de ejecución.
