º . Normas de control de las Contribuciones Especiales. A las contribuciones especiales señaladas en este Decreto, le son aplicables en lo pertinente, las normas que regulan los procesos de determinación, discusión, cobro y sanciones contempladas en el Estatuto Tributario, y su control estará a cargo de la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales.
