Las sociedades que tengan matriculadas sucursales por fuera de su domicilio principal podrán elegir y ser elegidas para las Juntas Directivas de las Cámaras de Comercio de la jurisdicción en que tales sucursales estén establecidas. Para el efecto, cada sociedad que esté en la anterior circunstancia tendrá derecho a un (1) voto independientemente del número de sucursales que tenga matriculadas en la respectiva Cámara de Comercio.
