Lo previsto en esta ley no se opone al deber del Estado colombiano de investigar, esclarecer, perseguir y sancionar las graves violaciones a los derechos humanos y las graves infracciones al Derecho Internacional Humanitario, conforme a lo establecido en el acuerdo de Jurisdicción Especial para la Paz.
