Adiciónase el artículo 100 de la Ley, así:

Parágrafo

Las cooperativas agropecuarias cuando se organicen para armonizar su funcionamiento con los programas de la Reforma Agraria y la organización precooperativa de los usuarios en los servicios rurales, quedaran reguladas en cuanto a sus características y funcionamiento se refiere, a los reglamentos que dicte el Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria con la aprobación del Gobierno.
