Cuando la sanción consistente en la suspensión de que trata el literal d) del artículo 83 sea enviada por el Tribunal Seccional al Nacional para que decida, y éste último considere que no hay lugar a su aplicación, devolverá al primero el informativo con el pronunciamiento en que fundamentó su decisión, a fin de que éste proceda a tomar la determinación de su competencia.
