º. Los certificados o títulos a que diere lugar el bachillerato de orientación comercial serán expedidos por el Ministerio de Educación. Los aspirantes de dichos certificados o títulos se sujetarán a lo dispuesto en el Decreto número 431 de 1936. Es entendido que los temas de exámenes a que se refiere el mencionado Decreto consultarán la índole de los estudios determinados en el artículo anteriores.
