º . Honorarios . Con cargo al presupuesto del Icetex, los miembros de la Junta Directiva tendrán derecho a percibir honorarios por la asistencia a cada sesión de la Junta Directiva del Icetex, equivalentes a un salario mínimo legal mensual vigente por cada una, sin que puedan devengarlos por la asistencia a más de tres (3) sesiones por mes.
