ARTICULO 2º. El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación en el Diario Oficial y deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, en especial los Decretos 2569 de 1983, 1314 de 1987, 1474 de 1989 y 1612 de 1992.
