Artículo noveno. El artículo 314 del Código Civil quedará así: "La emancipación legal se efectúa: "1 o . Por la muerte real o presunta de los padres. "2 o . Por el matrimonio del hijo. "3 o . Por haber cumplido el hijo la mayor edad. "4 o . Por el decreto que da la posesión de los bienes del padre desaparecido". En estos términos se sustituye el artículo 44 del Decreto 2820 de 1974.
