º Adiciónase el Decreto número 1856 del O3 de agosto de 1994, en el sentido de nombrar al señor Coronel Fernando Soler Torres -6985456-, como representante de la Nación colombiana ante las firmas Tass-Israel Industries Ltd e Isrex Israel General Trading co Ltd., para efectos de los Contratos 82-FAC-93 y 59-FAC-93, respectivamente, sin perjuicio de sus funciones como adjunto aéreo a la Embajada de Colombia en Israel y representante de la Nación colombiana ante la firma IAI (Israel Aircraft lndustries Ltda.).
