º Cuando las diligencias de que trata el artículo 1º de este Decreto hayan de practicarse en Departamento distinto de aquel en que se sigue el juicio, el Síndico o Subsíndico interesado remesará la suma necesaria al Agente de la renta que lo represente en la práctica de dichas diligencias.
