Las bebidas gaseosas deberán ser fabricadas con azúcar, y la fabricación con dulcina, sacarina o sus similares, será castigada por primera vez con una multa de quinientos pesos ($ 500), y la reincidencia, con la suspensión de la fábrica. La Dirección Nacional de Higiene vigilará el cumplimiento de esta disposición y hará efectivas las sanciones a que haya lugar. Comuníquese y publíquese.
