El Gerente General es el representante legal de la Empresa; tendrá a su cargo la supervigilancia y el control general de todos los asuntos, propiedades y negocios de ella; la representará ante las autoridades judiciales, políticas o administrativas, y tendrá voz pero lio voto, en las deliberaciones de la Junta Directiva, Todos los empleados le estarán subordinados y bajo sus órdenes e inspección inmediata, con excepción del Revisor Interno y los dependientes de éste, si los hubiere.
