Ineficiencia . La acción disciplinaria por ineficiencia profesional sólo procederá por solicitud debida-mente motivada de la autoridad nominadora, en el cual se demuestre, que después de haber sido amonestado en forma escrita por este motivo, el educador persiste en la ineficiencia imputada. En los casos de ineficiencia profesional se procederá al aplicar en forma progresiva las sanciones previstas en el artículo 49 del Decreto 2277 de 1979, por el procedimiento de que trata el artículo 26 del presente Decreto.
