º. Cada caso de hospitalización requiere ser autorizado previamente por la Dirección General de Sanidad, a solicitud del respectivo Oficial de Sanidad. En casos urgentes el Oficial de Sanidad de la Unidad podrá ordenar la hospitalización, comunicando inmediatamente a la Dirección General de Sanidad la decisión tomada, e indicando la causa, a fin de que esta entidad dé su correspondiente aprobación.
