REQUISITOS MINIMOS DE LOS ESTABLECIMIENTOS COMERCIALES. En los establecimientos comerciales en que se sirvan alimentos o bebidas, no se permitirá el empleo de utensilios de comedor deteriorados. Las jarras o recipientes que contengan alimentos o bebidas deberán estar provistos de tapa para evitar contaminación.

Parágrafo

La autoridad sanitaria que encuentre en uso utensilios deteriorados en los términos de este artículo, procederá al decomiso e inutilización inmediatos.
