Posesión del Director General. El Director General del Instituto se posesionará ante el Presidente de la República o ante el Ministro de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible. Los demás funcionarios y empleados del Ideam, lo harán ante el Director General o el funcionario a quien se delegue esta función.
