Si se manda seguir el juicio adelante, en todo o en parte, se dispone el avalúo de la cosa dada en prenda o hipoteca o de las mercaderías destinadas para el pago y su venta en pública subasta, lo mismo que la liquidación del crédito y el pago al acreedor, según las reglas del juicio ejecutivo.
