°. Prestación del servicio educativo. La modalidad de selección para los contratos de prestación de servicios profesionales a que se refiere el literal b) del artículo 4° del presente decreto, se realizará de conformidad con lo establecido en el literal h) del numeral 4 del artículo 2° de la Ley 1150 de 2007 y en el Capítulo III de este decreto.
