La sanción por atraso en los libros de contabilidad de que trata el artículo 56 del Decreto 3803 de 1982, se aplicará cuando entre la fecha de las últimas operaciones registradas en los libros y el último día del mes anterior a aquél en el cual se solicita su exhibición, hayan transcurrido más de tres (3) meses.
