º DEFINICIONES, REGISTROS Y VIGENCIA. Salvo lo dispuesto en el artículo cuarto de este Decreto, las definiciones, los registros y su vigencia se sujetan a lo contemplado en los Decretos 2333 de 1982, 3192 de 1988, 2092 de 1986 y los reglamentarios de la Ley 09 de l979 para las bebidas alcohólicas, alimentos y cosméticos que se importen y vendan en la intendencia de San Andrés y Providencia y Leticia, capital de la Intendencia del Amazonas.

Decreto 1100 de 1987 · por el cual se reglamentan parcialmente los Titulos V y VI de la ley 09 de 1979, en lo referente a la importacion y venta de las bebidas alcoholicas, alimentos y cosmeticos para la intendencia de San Andres y Providencia y Leticia, Capital de la Intendencia del Amazonas, previstas en las normas legales como Puertos Libres.
