El Tribunal podrá actuar como árbitro en las controversias que con ocasión de la interpretación o ejecución de contratos celebrados entre la OATS y personas naturales o jurídicas. Las Partes podrán convenir que el arbitraje sea de derecho o ex aequo et bono.
