Para garantizar su sostenibilidad el Fondo de Estabilización de Precios de la panela, podrá celebrar las operaciones de cobertura, de seguros, de futuros etc., que de acuerdo con las disposiciones vigentes y con la política de gestión del riesgo financiero diseñada e implementada por su comité directivo, garanticen su viabilidad financiera en el corto, mediano y largo plazo.
