ARTICULO 110 . DEL REGIMEN LABORAL.- Los funcionarios del Departamento Administrativo de Aeronáutica Civil que se incorporen a la planta de personal de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Aeronáutica Civil, conservarán el mismo régimen laboral que les será aplicable al momento en que se efectúe dicha incorporación. Así mismo, dicho régimen laboral les será aplicable a los funcionarios que en el futuro se vinculen a la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Aeronáutica Civil.
