Las empresas públicas de conducciones que trasporten carga de su propiedad o que les éste consignada, están obligadas a cumplir respecto de esta carga las disposiciones de la Ley y los reglamentos y órdenes del Gobierno sobre turnos, como si se tratara de carga perteneciente a otras personas o entidades.
